|Recommended: YesApt — Wood on the steps and front balcony needs sealed so the wood with stop getting in people hands and feet or animals paws plus it would last longer other then that we love the apartment and the neighborhood

|Recommended: YesI have lived here for 3 years now, going on 4. Love how quiet the neighborhood is. Enjoy the no busy street of rushing cars. Is close to everywhere I need to go. Everyone has been so nice and helpful. Have gotten my maintenance. Stuff done in a timely manner manner. I love the layout of the apartment. Also love that you can have ur own washer and dyer. Looking forward to many more years to come

I think about moving every year since they have increased the rent, over and over and over, but this place is too convenient and it would take too much for me to move. But with the rent going up and up not sure I’ll stay much longer. They need to renovate this complex, it needs work and updates. It would be nice if they did.

|Recommended: YesHave lived here almost 20 yrs now, and my son’s whole life. It’s been good. The place is beginning to show its age, could use a paint job, new siding etc. But it'll get there, hopefully

|Recommended: Yesoverall the condition of the place is OK. The outside is an eye sore, but inside is good, and that's all that really matters to us. plus the manager is nice and helpful so that makes it better as well.

|Recommended: YesNeeds some updating outside, but our apartment is nice inside. Its just the outside that needs some help. Just the other day our gutters fell off. Feel like it should have a good cleaning soon. But other that its fine.

|Recommended: YesWe have live here for 3 years and decided to stay another year. We like it here. The pool is nice in the summer they keep up w maintenance and you’d think w the hwy right here it would be super noisy but it’s fine.
