From answering all my questions to guiding me through the application, she was patient, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect apartment.
The apartment itself is beautiful—spacious, modern, and well-maintained. I love the layout and all the amenities the community offers. The only downside is the highway noise at night, but honestly, everything else makes up for it.
If you're looking for a great place to live with amazing staff, I highly recommend Fremont Landing. And if you get a chance to work with Jessica, you’re in great hands 😊

|Recommended: YesI have lived here for 3 years with my husband and we have loved it. Although maintenance can take a minute to be fixed if it's an emergency they are always on top of it. It's a great location with many things around for shopping, eating and things to do. Our management changes frequently but our last 2 landlords have done an excellent job at maintaining the property and residential needs.

|Recommended: YesThis apartment is me and my husband's first place. We have been here for about 3 years now. We have enjoyed living here. It is in a great location with many things to do around you. I love that the apartment comes with internet and a pool. The building is a little old but everything still functions as it should.The neighbors we currently have are all great and we rarely hear them. Sometimes maintenance request take a minute to be done but from my understanding is that they don't have many workers that stay very long. Though if it is something pressing like an Ac issue or plumbing issue they come pretty quickly. Management has changed a few times since being here but the last one and current one have been really great at upkeeping the property and keeping up with all things. So overall I would say this is a great place to live and you really can't beat the price for what you get. Rent has went up 80 dollars in the 3 years we've been here. So really great for money and quality.

|Recommended: YesI have lived here for 18 years. I love it here, it's convenient and close to relatives. People are nice and it's pretty quiet. School and playground just across the street. Management does their best, wish that they would do a little updating. The outside is starting to show it's age.

|Recommended: YesIssues — we like living here but it is a pain that in the last two years we have had several apparment managers and no one talks to each other so it causes issues with things like late rent forms not getting done and everything
